Terms of Use and Disclaimer

These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") shall apply to the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Prohibitions​

Suspension, etc. of the Service​

  • The Service may suspend or discontinue provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User in the event that the Service is deemed to have been suspended or discontinued for any of the following reasons.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability​

  • The Service does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Service will be free from defects in fact or law (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.). Changes to Service Content, etc.​

Modification of Terms of Use​

Governing Law and Jurisdiction​
